Orders are placed on this site and paid on our secure checkout page (checkout.uspremiumpeptides.com) by debit or credit card or Apple Pay. You are charged the total shown at checkout when you complete your purchase. Checkout and payments are run by our payment provider, Kashu (a TagadaPay service): card details go directly to them and are never received or stored by this site.

Your order is confirmed once the payment is completed, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you gave at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you submit your order.

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, on the products' price after discounts and never on shipping. Where a processing fee applies, it is a percentage of the products' price after discounts, never of shipping or tax, and is included in the total shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed, and typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days of that point.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot reroute an order once it has shipped.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.

Because research materials cannot be verified as stored and handled correctly once they leave our control, returns are not accepted after shipment.

If an order arrives damaged, or the wrong item or lot is received, the customer contacts support@uspremiumpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or issue a refund.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Peptides disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that any product is suitable for any particular research application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of any material you purchase.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premium Peptides and its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to your purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, or resale of any product, your breach of these terms or of any representation you made in them, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may refuse service, cancel any order, or suspend or end your access to this site at any time, for any reason, including a suspected breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for and it has not shipped, we refund the amount paid.

The sections on research use, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive any termination and continue to apply to every order you have placed.

Please read this section carefully: it affects your legal rights. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@uspremiumpeptides.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms, this site, or any product or order that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in the State of Arkansas or, at your election, by video or written submissions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement in this section does not apply to that claim, which will instead be decided in court.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@uspremiumpeptides.com within 30 days of your first order, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
