Shipping and Returns
How orders ship, and what happens if you need to cancel or something arrives wrong.

Shipping
Orders ship once payment is confirmed, usually within 1 business day, by USPS from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders over the free shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free.
When your order ships we email you its tracking number. You can also follow it from the order page linked in your emails.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.
Because research materials cannot be verified as stored and handled correctly once they leave our control, returns are not accepted after shipment.
If an order arrives damaged, or the wrong item or lot is received, the customer contacts support@uspremiumpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or issue a refund.
Eligibility
Materials are supplied to qualified research institutions, laboratories, and researchers acting in a professional capacity, and only where supply is lawful in the destination jurisdiction.
We may decline to supply any order at our discretion, including where a destination, stated purpose, or intended use falls outside laboratory research.
