How Premium Peptides collects, uses, and shares information about you.
Last updated 2 October 2026
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered, along with the IP address and browser type used to place it.
If you sign up for our welcome offer, we collect your email address and phone number.
If you contact us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of it.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil and ship your order, to contact you about that order, and to answer questions you send us.
We send marketing messages only where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We share information with providers who perform services for us, and only so far as they need it to perform those services: Vercel, which hosts this website; Neon, which hosts the database holding our order records; and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.
Kashu, a TagadaPay service, runs our checkout page (checkout.uspremiumpeptides.com) and processes payments. You enter your name, email, phone, shipping address and card details there; card details go directly to Kashu and its payment processors, and we never receive or store them. Kashu receives the payment amount and the order details, shares the order with us so we can fulfil it, and handles your information under its own privacy policy, including for fraud prevention.
ShipStation prepares shipping labels and receives the name, shipping address and order contents needed to do so.
Our email provider delivers order notices on our behalf; it receives the address, name and order details needed to send them.
Google Analytics measures how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and shopping actions such as adding to cart). It sets cookies to recognise a browser across visits. We do not send it your name, email or address.
We also keep our own log of page views with the approximate location of each visitor's network (city level, never a street address). We keep it for seven days and use it only to see where visits to the site come from.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads. The Meta Pixel on this site tells Meta which pages you view, and when you sign up for our welcome offer, add something to your cart, start checkout or complete a purchase; it sets a cookie to recognise your browser across visits. For each of those actions our server also tells Meta, with your IP address, browser type and Meta's own browser and ad-click identifiers, so Meta can match it to an ad. When we have your email address, from our welcome offer or an order, it also sends a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of it. For a purchase it sends the order number, including when payment is confirmed after you have left the site. Those actions carry the cart or order value in US dollars, never the names of products or what you ordered. Meta handles this under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
Retention and deletion
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns, and meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@uspremiumpeptides.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses browser storage to remember the contents of your cart between visits. That information stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a profile.
If you arrive through an affiliate's referral link, we set a first-party cookie for 30 days that holds only that referral code, so the affiliate can be credited if you place an order. You can clear it in your browser at any time.
When you first arrive, we set a first-party cookie for 30 days that records how you found us: the campaign tags on the link you arrived from (its source, medium, campaign, content and term, and Meta's ad-click identifier), the affiliate whose link you used, or the website that sent you. It keeps the first of these and is not replaced. We save it with a sign-up or an order and count visits through affiliate links, so we can see which ads and partners bring customers. We do not send this record to Meta, though Meta's pixel, like any page view, sees the address you arrive at, including any tags on it. You can clear the cookie in your browser at any time.
The Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies, as described under Service providers. If you arrive from a Meta ad, we also set a first-party cookie for 90 days that holds only Meta's ad-click identifier, so a later purchase can be matched to that ad. We do not sell browsing data.
