Terms for the Premium Peptides text messaging program.

Program description
Premium Peptides sells research peptides for laboratory research use only, to account holders 21 or older. It runs two text message programs.
Account and order notifications: a verification code when you create an account or change your number, and notices when your order ships and is delivered. These are transactional and never promotional.
Offers: a welcome code and occasional member offers, sent only if you check the separate SMS consent box.
Message frequency
Account and order notifications: message frequency varies with your account and orders, usually 2 to 3 messages per order.
Offers: up to 4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt in
Account and order notifications: you opt in by entering your mobile number when you create an account or at checkout, where the form states that we will text a verification code and order updates to that number.
Offers: you opt in only by checking the SMS consent box when you create an account. The box is not checked by default, it is not a condition of purchase, and entering a phone number alone does not opt you in to offers.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers
All major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
